QUALITY POLICY

The primary aspiration of EXCEL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED is to provide Quality Construction Methods and Workmanship, Products and Services that will exceed customers’ expectations to their full satisfaction.

To achieve this, it is essential that all staff and management work with utmost cooperation and support with each inter-dependent department or individual in the implementation of Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015.

It is a policy of Excel Construction Limited Management to provide excellent Customer Construction Services through the use of quality materials and quality workmanship with on time target of planned milestones by adopting above standard Construction Techniques and Methodologies.

Excel Construction Limitedapproaches to fundamental principles to Quality are as follows:

  • Clients are the base of our activity, whereby Excel Construction Limited can succeed by employing world class Construction Methods and on time target completion of projects to the full satisfaction of Clients. 
  • Excel Construction Limited shall correspond to the spirit and letter of our commitments. 
  • We measure our success only in accordance with customer’s satisfaction. 
  • We shall enter only into such contracts, where we can perform our obligations with the highest level of reliability. 
  • Excel Construction Limitedis committed to provide security for present and future of its employees, by remaining as an effective     firm with financially stable background. 
  • We shall continuously improve efficiency of our  Quality Management System, using policy and aims in the quality sphere. 
  • Management will review the Quality Policy at each management review meeting to determine the policy’s continuing suitability for Excel Construction Limited organization. 
  • The top Management will ensure that quality policy is communicated to all employees, included in new employee training and  training on QMS, posted in prominent places throughout the offices and project sites to maintain high standards within our organization. 
  • The top Management ensures QMS is fully understood by every Excel Construction Limited staff with respect to their role, duties and responsibilities, by providing employees necessary resources and training adequacy, with commitment to its effective  implementation on QMS. 
  • Excel Construction Limited believes in continual development policy, that there is always room for improvement.
